This review is actually for Beachside Resort. My room got moved from Sunset Beach Hotel to Beachside Resort. Karishma was friendly and helpful. As I was upset she was patient and kind and explained everything. She ensured that I had everything that I needed. Every time she saw me, she said hello and asked if she could assist with anything. Her customer service was top notch.

Friendly staff and very sweet cleaning lady always asked us if we were in need of something or if we’d like our room cleaned up. Close to the boardwalk and a basketball court if you and your friends play ball would recommend

I loved the amenities. Everything was just enough for what you needed. My room came with a tv, fridge, and stove. It wasn’t a long walk at all. The staff was always trying to help and was so understanding about everything. I love the way it was run and had an amazing time at my stay. Abdul was the one to check me in and he made sure that my trip went perfectly while also making sure we had a good connection, which I think is important when you’re staying somewhere.

First, the rooms were exceptionally clean. We stayed two nights in two different rooms. One with a kitchenette, the other with a microwave and refrigerator. We enjoyed both. The staff were courteous and professional in their duties. Abhi, Sue and Robert were just excellent. We even got a taste of a roti dish the staff had prepared for their dinner!!! I would definitely go back to Sunset Beach Hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was small but that was expected. The A/C worked great and had a remote so we could adjust it quickly. The location from the boardwalk was FANTASTIC! They were also very accommodating with parking let us park early before actual check-in and then let us park the day we had to check out until 2pm!! It was great. The front counter guy was friendly and chatty. I loved everything about this little gem.

The Room was very cozy but the balcony I was good to see for cars I didn't like that part and then never too many people in front of my room because they were using the barbecue grill and there were noises but the rooms were very nice People were very nice I give it an eight

We recently stayed there for a wrestling tournament and I have to say for the money spent it was well worth it. If you are booking a room for $100 a night you need to have appropriate expectations so I went into open minded. The rooms look newly painted and even had nice crown molding. Bathrooms were also remodeled and very clean. The water pressure and hot water temperature were AMAZING. We left the cars parked all weekend and were able to walk to everything we needed. Front desk was great. Only needed help once when my son locked us out and they quickly got us a new key. We will definitely stay next year again!

Beds were very comfortable! And they had cameras on the property! Susan was one of the staff members and she was awesome! AC was so powerful we had to turn it off sometimes. The view from the second floor was really good and comfortable with chairs at every room.
